About the role
We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented marketing leader to serve as Director, North America Wealth & Individual Investor Marketing. This leader will shape and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement across U.S. intermediary and retail channels—including RIAs, broker-dealers, and bank advisors. The role involves developing and executing marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, influence business priorities, lead generation, and business growth across wealth management and individual investor segments.
This leader will partner closely with sales, strategic accounts, and product marketing teams to deliver initiatives that bring high-investment solutions—such as separately managed accounts, direct indexing, ETFs, model strategies, private markets, and mutual funds—to U.S. advisors and investors. The role guides products through the full lifecycle, from early planning to long-term engagement, developing campaigns that resonate with both advisors and end investors.
This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building and optimizing sophisticated marketing programs that influence advisor and investor behaviors while delivering measurable business outcomes.
