Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced Account Executives specializing in the ISV vertical
- Develop innovative strategies to grow revenue and expand cross-selling opportunities
- Report directly to the RVP, New Business, providing insights and updates
- Create programs that enhance productivity and support rapid scaling
Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience
- Extensive background in cPaaS or similar industries with a consumption-based model
- Proven track record in platform or SaaS sales, with added benefit from experience in communication solutions
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach and success in team development
- Experience with forecasting and managing revenue tracking across major accounts
- Strong communication skills, particularly engaging with application owners, software leaders, and business executives
