Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experienced Account Executives specializing in the ISV vertical
  • Develop innovative strategies to grow revenue and expand cross-selling opportunities
  • Report directly to the RVP, New Business, providing insights and updates
  • Create programs that enhance productivity and support rapid scaling

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Extensive background in cPaaS or similar industries with a consumption-based model
  • Proven track record in platform or SaaS sales, with added benefit from experience in communication solutions
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach and success in team development
  • Experience with forecasting and managing revenue tracking across major accounts
  • Strong communication skills, particularly engaging with application owners, software leaders, and business executives
