Director Neonatal ICU

About the role

We are seeking a Director Neonatal ICU for our team to be an innovator. HCA Healthcare partners with Harvard Pilgrim Institute and the CDC to use our data from more than 26 million patient encounters each year to impact the industry.

Responsibilities

• Nursing leadership for assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care of assigned area(s) with twenty-four (24) hour accountability.
• Collaborates with physicians and other departments to meet patient and family needs.
• Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Supports the hospital mission in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Graduation from school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Licensure/Certifications: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Experience: Two years clinical nursing experience required, prefer experience in area of specialty that will be managing. One Year Supervisory Or Charge Nurse Experience Preferred.

The pay for this position is incentive eligible.
