Drive sales operations for Infrastructure Solutions (ISG) within North America. Manage ISG's sales operations team to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities

- Manage ISG's sales operations team to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
