About the role

Drive sales operations for Infrastructure Solutions (ISG) within North America. Manage ISG's sales operations team to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Manage ISG's sales operations team to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ISG products and market trends.
