Director, NA Implementations (Hybrid - NYC)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of product and service implementations for clients, from initial planning through installation and final delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of implementation for new services and platform conversions for both new and existing clients.
  • Manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and scope to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) defined in client contracts are met or exceeded.
  • Design and manage conversion plans based on client requirements, develop specifications, oversee testing, and secure client sign-off.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets, monitor project progress and outputs, and proactively investigate and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong control over schedules, risks, scope, and budgets while ensuring operational teams and subcontractors clearly understand client requirements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between client leadership and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and a high-quality client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide day-to-day guidance and support, and promote Broadridge’s capabilities by identifying opportunities for contract extensions and additional business in partnership with account management.
  • Lead teams responsible for the setup and installation of technical systems, applications, and process solutions tied to client technology and business process engagements.
  • Develop and implement policies and best practices for client installations, including access management, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and client training.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop implementation strategies and resource plans that anticipate client demand and workforce needs.
  • Provide valuable client feedback and market insight to product development and professional services teams to support continuous improvement of Broadridge’s products and services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of procedures, practices, and concepts within own discipline, with working knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of how the discipline integrates within the broader function and contributes to organizational objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple related teams, establish priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational issues.
  • Experience driving business results within a sub-function through support and funding of projects, products, services, and/or technologies, as well as developing policies and strategic plans.
  • Able to operate effectively within functional business plans and align team objectives with broader organizational goals.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Pay

The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000. Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
