About the role

The Director, Client Connectivity & Reporting Integrations role at Broadridge combines technical leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions for institutional clients. This role involves systematically leading and developing a distributed team responsible for client connectivity, onboarding, reporting integrations, and production support.

Responsibilities

  • Systematically lead and develop a distributed team responsible for client connectivity, onboarding, reporting integrations, and production support
  • Own the delivery of client onboarding across FIX connectivity and trade reporting implementations
  • Manage vendor and client connectivity across FIX and file-based integrations, including FTP/SFTP, encryption, and access maintenance
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex integration, workflow, and reporting issues, partnering with Product and Engineering on resolution and enhancement priorities
  • Prioritize onboarding activity, improve client experience, and support time-to-revenue goals
  • Drive operational improvements through standardization, metrics, automation, and the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance onboarding efficiency, monitoring, exception management, and support workflows
  • Identify and deliver operational efficiencies and scale capacity and improved client outcomes through technology e.g. machine learning, AI, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, broker/dealers, and internal stakeholders to support effective delivery and platform adoption

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in financial technology, capital markets infrastructure, electronic trading, connectivity services, or trade/reporting implementations
  • Proven experience leading teams, ideally across multiple regions and time zones
  • Deep expertise in FIX Protocol (4.x/5.x), onboarding, certification, and production support
  • Strong understanding of buy-side OMS, portfolio management, execution, and post-trade/reporting workflows
  • Experience with trade reporting platforms, trade file creation, template deployment, or downstream operational integration processes
  • Hands-on familiarity with FTP/SFTP, transport protocols, and PGP encryption
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including working knowledge of SQL
  • Demonstrated experience applying automation, analytics, AI, machine learning, or generative AI tools to improve operational workflows, implementation efficiency, monitoring, or support processes
  • Ability to identify practical use cases for AI-driven insights and workflow automation within client onboarding, connectivity management, and reporting operations
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and translate client, vendor, and business requirements into scalable implementation solutions
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and influence outcomes
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Client Service teams

Benefits
