Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Mid-Market Sales team to exceed revenue goals
  • Drive forecast accuracy through pipeline inspection and opportunity coaching
  • Coach Account Executives through complex sales cycles, enhancing negotiation strategies
  • Utilize MEDDPICC to refine opportunity qualification and improve win rates
  • Recruit, onboard, and cultivate sales talent while promoting accountability and collaboration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategies and improve customer outcomes
  • Act as an executive sponsor during strategic negotiations, enhancing team success

Qualifications

  • 3+ years leading high-performing quota-carrying SaaS sales teams in fast-paced tech environments
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience before transitioning to leadership
  • Proven success in closing complex software deals valued between $100K to $500K+ ARR
  • Experience in coaching using MEDDPICC or similar enterprise methodologies
  • Strong track record in developing consultative sellers through Challenger Sale or other value-based methods
  • Exemplary forecasting capabilities with a consistent history of predictable revenue outcomes
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills

Pay

$336,000 – $456,000 annually
