Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Mid-Market Sales team to exceed revenue goals
- Drive forecast accuracy through pipeline inspection and opportunity coaching
- Coach Account Executives through complex sales cycles, enhancing negotiation strategies
- Utilize MEDDPICC to refine opportunity qualification and improve win rates
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate sales talent while promoting accountability and collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategies and improve customer outcomes
- Act as an executive sponsor during strategic negotiations, enhancing team success
Qualifications
- 3+ years leading high-performing quota-carrying SaaS sales teams in fast-paced tech environments
- 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience before transitioning to leadership
- Proven success in closing complex software deals valued between $100K to $500K+ ARR
- Experience in coaching using MEDDPICC or similar enterprise methodologies
- Strong track record in developing consultative sellers through Challenger Sale or other value-based methods
- Exemplary forecasting capabilities with a consistent history of predictable revenue outcomes
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
Pay
$336,000 – $456,000 annually
