Director Materials Management
Responsibilities
Lead the transformation efforts to drive improved materials management with a focus on S4 PPDS, MRP, and related planning tools to optimize supply chain performance.
Determine and implement supply planning strategies that align with business objectives and customer demand, including integration of the APS and ERP tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate supply availability and Order Fulfillment to our customers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Materials Management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce inventory costs.
Manage key supplier relationships and provide strategic guidance to the supply planning team.
Support the development and coaching of supply planning team members to build capabilities and succession readiness.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in materials management leadership, specifically with expertise in MRP, Finite Scheduling
- Knowledge of tools like S4 Hana for MRP, PPDS and ATP tools.
- Experience working in materials management in both process manufacturing and discrete manufacturing environments to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced supply planning software and ERP systems to drive supply planning and materials management efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, change management, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Range
The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $204,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
