Director, Marketing & Partnerships (B2B)
About the role
RYNO is seeking a Director of Marketing & Partnerships to continue scaling the engine that has established RYNO as the undisputed authority in the Home Services ecosystem. This is a high-leverage leadership position; you will own the overarching brand strategy, a high-impact content engine, and the architecture of our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- B2B Strategy & Brand Positioning: Drive the comprehensive marketing strategy for our Home Services vertical, defining a powerful brand voice that repositions RYNO's market presence.
- Multimedia & Live-Event Execution: Spearhead broadcasting and stage programming, ensuring a polished, authoritative executive presence across all video, social, and national platforms to command industry attention.
- Partnership Roadmap & Narrative Architecture: Forge alliances with high-level industry influencers and vendors, designing a collaborative ecosystem that aligns external stakeholders with RYNO's long-term business objectives.
- Content & Social Media Operations: Scale an internal production house from the ground up by personally executing day-to-day content creation and channel management in the short term, while strategically building out a high-performing team of full-time social media roles for long-term growth.
- Keynote & Panel Acquisition: Fully own the pitch-to-podium lifecycle, identifying high-impact national events and securing coveted main-stage speaking slots for company leadership.
- Cross-Functional Revenue Alignment: Partner closely with sales and product teams to translate brand authority into scalable lead generation and directly support corporate revenue goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Translate qualitative brand narratives into measurable campaign plans, utilizing market sentiment and lead-gen data to agilely pivot messaging.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience marketing professional service providers within a high-growth agency or vendor-side business model; Home Services vertical experience is highly preferred.
- Public Brand Presence: 2+ years of moderating large panels, confidently engaging with C-suite stakeholders. Experience delivering keynotes preferred.
- Event Acquisition & Trade Show Management: 3-5 years managing end-to-end trade show logistics, with a proven track record of pitching abstracts to secure high-visibility speaking slots.
- B2B Narrative Crafting: Demonstrated ability to translate complex B2B business strategies into compelling stories that influence market sentiment and drive lead generation.
- Omnichannel Content Distribution: Hands-on experience scaling audience engagement and distributing content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Operational Leadership: Proven capability as a "player-coach" who can both manage external vendors/creative talent and personally execute executive-level copywriting and storytelling.
- MarTech Stack & AI Integration: Technical proficiency in B2B growth platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/Paid Media tools) combined with practical experience utilizing generative AI workflows as a productivity multiplier.
