About the role

As the Director of Marketing at Boston Common Golf, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee marketing campaigns, manage the creative team, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Oversee the creative direction and execution of marketing materials including print, digital, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sports or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of golf industry and its marketing landscape.
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for golf and a commitment to excellence in marketing.
