About the role
As Director of Literacy, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving reading and writing skills among students in underserved communities. This role requires a deep understanding of educational methodologies and a passion for making a positive impact through education.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement literacy programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse student populations
- Evaluate and improve existing literacy programs based on feedback and data analysis

Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership or teaching
