Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with state education agencies and other clients
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor technical assistance to client requirements
- Monitor and adjust technical assistance based on client feedback and evaluation
- Lead technical assistance teams to deliver high-quality services
- Cook up coordination with evaluators to curate evidence related to project success
Qualifications
- Doctorate in education, social sciences, public administration, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience with K-12 education policies and systems at the state or national level
- 10+ years in developing and delivering technical assistance for educators and leaders
- 10+ years creating high-quality technical assistance materials like briefs and presentations
- 7+ years proficient in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- 10+ years managing large-scale federal contracts or grants
- 3+ years supervising teams with management responsibilities
