Director, Life & Annuity Operations
Role Summary
This leadership position will play a critical role in the Customer and Agent Experience within our New Business area of our Customer Innovation Group (CIG) and will partner with other teams across multiple locations to provide strategy, direction, leadership, and management. This position will lead several teams located on our Addison, Texas Campus consisting of Team Managers and Case Managers aligned to support key distribution relationships. Activities include everything from application submission to the issuance of a policy contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to ensure all activities are consistent with our goals, guidelines and culture by monitoring trends and evolving our strategy to keep up with changing customer expectations
- Actively participate on collaborative panels, committees and teams with Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Finance, and other key areas to drive overall business results
- Develop and maintain productivity and quality standards through audit and other review mechanisms to ensure policy, procedures, and objectives are carried out
- Motivate and coach teams to meet service goals and increase productivity while driving down unit costs
- Focus on employee development, succession and career planning through management, coaching and development
Minimum Qualifications
- The qualified candidate will have substantial experience in Annuity/Life Operations marked by strong business relationships, skilled leadership and demonstrated business results. Must have 10+ years of Operational leadership experience and a four-year college degree with a strong academic record. Advanced education (Masters) is preferred but not required.

Salary Pay Range
$108,750 - $159,500 USD
