Director Level Consultants

About the role

We are seeking Director-level consultants to fill interim Director positions for a diverse group of schools. Assignments can be short or long-term and may include travel. Hours vary by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and functional responsibilities in Financial Aid or Student Accounts/Bursar offices
• Oversee complex compliance issues and communicate them effectively to other departments, including Executives
• Manage staff and office needs independently, primarily in a remote capacity

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recent, Director-level management and leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced Financial Aid Office or Student Accounts/Bursar Office
• Direct knowledge of complex compliance issues in financial aid or student accounts
• Proficiency in Banner, Colleague, PowerFAIDS, Peoplesoft, Jenzabar, or other Student Information Systems, including Department of Education software
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability for full-time work with flexibility for travel

Prior financial aid consulting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
