About the role
You will lead the Consulting team in Guernsey, with a clear mandate to grow our presence in the local market, build a high-performing local team, and strengthen relationships across Guernsey's key sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Consulting team in Guernsey
- Grow our presence in the local market

- Shape and deliver a locally relevant consulting proposition for Guernsey clients and stakeholders
- Ensure the Guernsey team operates as an integral part of the wider Crown Dependencies consulting business
- Combine market leadership, client delivery, and commercial responsibility
- Originate and win local business
- Lead complex engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives across financial services, the public sector, and other strategic markets
- Work hand in glove with colleagues across the wider Crown Dependencies team to provide joined-up services and the best outcomes for clients
Requirements
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering a locally relevant consulting proposition for Guernsey clients and stakeholders, while ensuring the Guernsey team operates as an integral part of the wider Crown Dependencies consulting business.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in delivering complex consulting projects
- Knowledge of Guernsey's key sectors and their business challenges
- Commercial acumen and ability to drive growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay
Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
