Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead strategy for learning and knowledge management platforms including requirements, governance, and adoption
  • Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to translate needs into clear platform requirements
  • Design and enhance platform capabilities using emerging technologies like AI and machine learning
  • Lead knowledge management function including governance and content lifecycle standards
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor platform adoption and usability, driving continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational discipline across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; postgraduate degree or professional certifications are a plus
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in learning and development, knowledge management, and enabling technologies
  • Solid understanding of AI applications in learning and knowledge management
  • Expert knowledge of learning platforms, governance practices, and vendor landscape
  • Proven ability to shape business requirements and influence technology direction
  • Strong executive presence for engagement with high-level stakeholders
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with enterprise perspective
  • Ability to constructively challenge the status quo and lead with empathy

Pay

$149,300 – $248,800 annually
