Responsibilities
- Shape and lead strategy for learning and knowledge management platforms including requirements, governance, and adoption
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to translate needs into clear platform requirements
- Design and enhance platform capabilities using emerging technologies like AI and machine learning
- Lead knowledge management function including governance and content lifecycle standards
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor platform adoption and usability, driving continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational discipline across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; postgraduate degree or professional certifications are a plus
- 8+ years of leadership experience in learning and development, knowledge management, and enabling technologies
- Solid understanding of AI applications in learning and knowledge management
- Expert knowledge of learning platforms, governance practices, and vendor landscape
- Proven ability to shape business requirements and influence technology direction
- Strong executive presence for engagement with high-level stakeholders
- Strategic, analytical mindset with enterprise perspective
- Ability to constructively challenge the status quo and lead with empathy

$149,300 – $248,800 annually
