Director, Investment Product Sales

About the role

This role will focus on expanding investment product distribution and driving asset growth through advisor relationships and strategic market execution. The Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders to commercialize investment solutions, strengthen pipeline discipline, and support revenue growth across the assigned territory. Success requires deep experience in advisor channels, strong relationship management, and the ability to translate market opportunities into new business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the company’s investment capabilities and achieve asset growth
• Commercialize investment products including ETFs and model portfolios
• Collaborate with leadership on market strategies
• Build and nurture relationships with advisors and key decision-makers
• Identify and create new business opportunities in the territory
• Leverage internal teams to maximize distribution and enhance client outcomes
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline for effective follow-through

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment product sales or business development
• Proven track record of net new asset generation and revenue growth
• Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
• Expertise in advisor distribution channels and investment products
• Experience managing an effective sales pipeline
• Existing connections in RIA, independent broker-dealer, or asset management preferred
• FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66) required or to be obtained
• Willingness to extensively travel within the assigned territory

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000 annually
