Director, Investment Finance - ONSITE (Carmel, IN) | Relocation Assistance

Core Responsibilities And Deliverables

• Leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities across the organization
• Overseeing performance reporting and key business metrics to support decision-making
• Ensuring a strong internal control and audit environment through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing financial operations, including close processes and vendor oversight
• Developing and delivering executive and board-level reporting and presentations
• Contributing to enterprise reporting initiatives and strategic projects
• Leading, developing, and managing a high-performing team

What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years related experience, including 5 years of managerial experience
• The ability to collaborate and clearly communicate across departments and functions
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to deliver under deadlines
• Advanced experience with Excel

What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Experience)

• Previous exposure to Hyperion, Essbase and Tableau preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving effective solutions
• A strong degree of ownership and accountability; strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
• An intellectual curiosity and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset that supports continuous improvement and innovation
• Proven ability to interpret executive priorities and translate strategic direction into meaningful actions for the Investment Finance team

Pay Range

Pay Range: $143,500.00 - $215,300.00 Annual

This role is affiliated to the Carmel, IN corporate office, and candidates for this role need to reside within a 60-mile radius of that corporate office and will be required to come into that office. You may be asked to travel to other corporate offices periodically. Please be aware that work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
