Core responsibilities and deliverables
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities across the organization
- Overseeing performance reporting and key business metrics to support decision-making
- Ensuring a strong internal control and audit environment through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing financial operations, including close processes and vendor oversight
- Developing and delivering executive and board-level reporting and presentations
- Contributing to enterprise reporting initiatives and strategic projects
- Leading, developing, and managing a high-performing team
What you need (Minimum requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years related experience, including 5 years of managerial experience
- The ability to collaborate and clearly communicate across departments and functions
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to deliver under deadlines
What will set you apart (Preferred experience)
- Previous exposure to Hyperion, Essbase and Tableau preferred
- Advanced experience with Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving effective solutions
- High degree of ownership and accountability; strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset that supports continuous improvement and innovation
- Prioritizing executive priorities and translating strategic direction into meaningful actions for the Investment Finance team

$143,500.00 - $215,300.00 Annual
