Director, InterSYNC Implementation Support Lead

About the role

The Implementation Support Lead will oversee new Bank and Broker Dealer implementations and onboarding across all interSYNC verticals. Key responsibilities include facilitating client contract execution, submitting new relationship requirements, completing account opening documentation, liaising between Bank and Broker Dealer, coordinating files, and training clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client contract execution - coordinate between business/legal/client.
• Submit new relationship requirements through approval protocols.
• Complete account opening documentation / due diligence.
• Liaison between Bank and Broker Dealer to ensure accurate and timely completion of account opening.
• Open client depository accounts within interSYNC system.
• Partner with interSYNC technology to ensure client is set up as per operational requirements.
• Capture and maintain accurate and complete documentation for business requirements, operating procedures, and implementation artifacts for audit.
• Coordinate files between client, interSYNC, Webster Bank, and other external parties.
• Lead efforts in establishing E-Treasury account across Webster verticals.
• Confirm SLA deadlines and ensure completion within agreed upon timeframe.
• Perform successful handoff to Operations and Relationship Management team after account has been opened.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.
• 8-9 years Years of business experience and product knowledge required.
• 8-9 years Years of relatable client facing experience required.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
