Director, International Programs

About the role

The Director of International Programs leads the development and administration of the university's international education portfolio, including global partnerships, study abroad and exchange programs, and initiatives that support international student engagement. The position works across academic and administrative areas to establish and strengthen international collaborations, develop new global opportunities, and ensure programs meet institutional goals and applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing program operations and budgets
• Supervising staff
• Coordinating student support and risk management
• Evaluating program outcomes
• Representing the university with international partners and organizations
• Serving as a key resource to faculty, academic departments, and university leadership on international program development and global engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ten years of related experience

Pay

Starting salary for this position is $5,192.41 monthly and is negotiable depending on education and experience.
