Director - Intensive Community Support (ICS) Program

Position located in Lexington, MA.

About the role

The ICS Director position is an innovative residential and community-based step-down program to assist mental-health consumers in transitioning successfully from the hospital to community living.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical and administrative operations of a multidisciplinary team and respite component.
• Intake, assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation.
• Provide therapy, outreach, support, linkage, and case coordination as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• After-hours on-call responsibility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC).
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience working with persons diagnosed with mental illnesses.
• Supervisory experience.
• First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

$84,000 per year.
