- Define and execute a roadmap to accelerate IT maturity by deploying AI-assisted tools to automate core lifecycle workflows
- Identify and champion technology-enabled opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, innovation, scalability, and reduce toil via automation
- Develop and own the corporate IT budget, evaluate vendor contracts, and procure software/hardware solutions
- Partner with InfoSec to operationalize incident response and vulnerability management
- Support a distributed workforce using GSuite, Okta, Claude, and Replit across a fleet of primarily MacBook Air and Windows 11 hardware
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate
- 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in IT leadership roles, ideally within fast-growing technology companies
- A willingness to roll up their sleeves for technical execution while building long-term strategy
- An “AI mentality” to IT, with a proven track record of leveraging automation and AI to reduce operational toil, simplify processes, and eliminate low-value work through thoughtful prioritization and backlog management
- Strong capability and comfort managing, integrating, supporting, and optimizing a broad portfolio of business applications
- Experience running IT operations for a remote-first, international workforce
- A strong command of identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, MFA) and experience contributing to compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA
- Able to earn trust and collaborate with both executives and individual contributors
What we offer
- The chance to work with a passionate team on solving one of the largest challenges globally
- Competitive salary and benefits and equity participation
- A dynamic, flexible, and fun start-up work environment with a highly talented team
