Responsibilities

  • Oversee global technology operations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all global and governmental regulations related to cybersecurity, security, and data privacy
  • Partner with executive leadership to optimize the use of technology across the organization
  • Design and implement strategic IT programs that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that strengthen global competitiveness
  • Lead the delivery and support of network infrastructure, disaster recovery systems, and business continuity processes
  • Oversee operational performance of IT systems and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions
  • Support and lead global IT initiatives across SPIROL facilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Mandatory manufacturing environment experience; automotive or aerospace industry experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience managing an IT department
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing long-term IT strategies and 5-year roadmaps
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to travel globally to SPIROL facilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in automotive or aerospace industries
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement long-term IT strategies
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to manage and guide IT teams
  • Global travel capability due to the need to support SPIROL facilities worldwide
