About the Role
Our Director-in-Training program is a vibrant, hands-on 3-month adventure designed to prepare you for a permanent School Director role. You’ll dive into hiring, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum development while building leadership skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on training in hiring, team-building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum development
- Lead recruitment, training, and staff support while ensuring state compliance
- Supervise and inspire your team, manage schedules, and coordinate substitutes
- Build warm, lasting connections with families and staff
- Host fun, informative tours to welcome new families into our community
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging school environment
- Handle administrative tasks (billing, payroll, records) with precision
- Assist with daily operations, including cooking, cleaning, and classroom activities
