About the Role
Our Director-in-Training program is a vibrant, hands-on 3-month adventure designed to prepare you for a School Director role. The program includes a one-week onsite boot camp in Clayton, NC, where you’ll dive into hiring, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum. Complete the program successfully, and you could transition into a permanent School Director position.
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training in hiring, team-building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum development
- Lead recruitment, training, and support for staff while ensuring state compliance
- Supervise and inspire your team, manage staffing schedules, and handle substitutes
- Build warm, lasting connections with families and staff
- Host fun and informative tours to welcome new families into our community
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging school environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, payroll, and records with precision
- Assist with daily operations, including cooking, cleaning, and classroom activities as needed
