What You Will Do
- Hiring your dream team and mastering budgets
- Rocking marketing and curriculum know-how
- Leading recruitment, training, and supporting your amazing staff
- Juggling staffing schedules and handling substitutes
- Building warm, lasting connections with families and staff
- Hosting fun, informative tours
- Tackling administrative tasks (billing, payroll, records)
- Pitching in with classroom fun and other tasks as needed
Requirements
Must have a strong passion for child development and education
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Experience in early childhood education or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Texas teaching certificate (if applicable)
