About the Role
Join Child Development Schools as a Director-in-Training and embark on a vibrant, hands-on 3-month program designed to prepare you for a leadership role as a School Director. This opportunity includes a one-week onsite boot camp in Clayton, NC, where you’ll gain expertise in hiring, budgeting, marketing, curriculum, and more. Successfully complete the program, and you could secure a permanent position as a School Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, training, and support for staff while ensuring state compliance.
- Supervise and motivate your team, manage staffing schedules, and handle substitutes.
- Build strong relationships with families and staff.
- Conduct engaging tours for prospective families.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming school environment.
- Manage administrative tasks such as billing, payroll, and record-keeping.
- Assist with various tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and classroom activities.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are either emerging leaders ready to grow or experienced Center Directors seeking a supportive team environment.
