Director, Imaging Services - Ambulatory & Business Operations - Radiology Admin - FT - Day

Required Qualifications

• Strong organization and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to plan strategically
• Must possess working knowledge of budget, billing, and basic cost accounting function, and Human Resource issues, principles, and concepts
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Must be familiar with all technical aspects of Radiological Sciences (Diagnostic, CT, Nuclear Med., Ultrasound, Mammography, MRI, Vascular and Interventional Procedures)
• Minimum 5 years experience in supervision/management of a large comprehensive Imaging department
• Experience working in a UC and/or union environment
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, as well as internal and external stakeholders at all level across the health system
• Able to develop a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Able to apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations and effectively manage change
