About the role
The Director II, Sales is responsible for ensuring sales goals are met through relationship management, new business development, and team performance coaching. This role requires managing a team to maximize sales and profits, communicating promotions and programs, and maintaining a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business partner relationships and new business opportunities
- Optimize sales and service levels
- Coach, direct, and counsel the sales team
- Communicate promotions and programs to the sales team
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team
- Provide summaries of sales activity to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development opportunities
- Monitor market activity and business intelligence
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Seven years of relevant experience
- Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
- Maintain a valid driver license and auto-liability insurance
- Ability to work extended hours, overtime, and weekends
- At least 21 years of age
