Director, ICQA (Fulfillment)

About the role

The Director, ICQA (Fulfillment) is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment operations across multiple locations in Greenwood, IN, Savannah, GA, Las Vegas, NV, Nanticoke, PA, and Dallas, TX. This role ensures high-quality customer service and efficient logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer service
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
