About the role

This position manages complex maintenance contracts and/or directs a group of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) technical specialists within the O&M Unit. It involves developing, maintaining, marketing, and executing technologies for both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with Operating System Requirements (OSR)/Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP)
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and Risk Assessment for sites assigned
  • Maintain close working relationships with Business Line operations management
  • Afford support in performance of every phase and aspect of large or small sites
  • Assist with creation of sales materials, presentations, proposals, and cost estimates
  • Ensure achievement of Business Line objectives for any site, regardless of complexity, scope, or structure
  • Adhere to Profit and Loss for sites

Requirements

  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and 14 years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to 18 years if non-degreed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn and apply knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Experience in reliability centered maintenance processes and systems
  • Experience in developing and adhering to Site Business Plans

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree or global equivalent in engineering or business field of study
  • At least 12 years of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) management experience
  • At least two years of experience managing medium to large complex O&M contracts
  • Client-side and international assignment experience preferred

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, final salary is determined by additional factors such as qualifications, years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
