Responsibilities
- Formulate and supervise programs related to selection, training, promotion, welfare, and employer/employee relationships.
- Interview job applicants and develop personnel record forms.
- Resolve disputes and grievances; recommend disciplinary actions.
- Analyze, classify, and evaluate jobs.
- Administer employee welfare and recreation services.
- Serve as an adviser to executive staff on personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organizational changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related healthcare experience.
- Familiarity with hospital organization, department functions, and current personnel practices and techniques.
- Knowledge of training methods, job analysis, and the labor market.
- Understanding of state and federal wage and hour regulations, ERISA guidelines, and Joint Commission and HFAP standards.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $74,880.00 to $105,809.00 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
