Director, HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape the strategy and execution of HR technology and digital transformation across a global organization. The leader will partner closely with senior HR, IT, Finance, and enterprise stakeholders to strengthen data integrity, improve operational effectiveness, and enable scalable AI-driven capabilities. This position will also influence governance, service quality, and continuous improvement in support of modern HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR technology expertise, global leadership experience, and the ability to guide enterprise-wide change in a complex, multi-region environment. Success in this role will require balancing strategic vision with practical execution, while helping the organization translate emerging technologies and analytics into better people outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and enterprise leaders
- Define governance models for global HR data integrity
- Resolve enterprise-impacting issues across HR technology systems
- Drive innovative operating models with AI and analytics
- Partner with teams to implement and scale new capabilities
- Design best-in-class HR operations and continuous improvement
- Establish service benchmarks and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- 12+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, or related areas
- 5+ years of global people leadership experience
- Proven track record in enterprise technology strategy and transformation initiatives
- Experience in complex, global organizations across multiple regions
- Stakeholder influencing ability in HR, IT, and Finance roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus
