About the role
The Director of HR Project Management leads complex HR initiatives, oversees HR business management, and serves as a trusted advisor on project and operational matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for HR Project Management and Business Management function.
- Lead and develop a small team responsible for HR business management disciplines.
- Ensure strong financial and operational management across HR, including budget oversight and risk management.
- Maintain a high-level view of HR initiatives and ensure prioritization, alignment, and execution.
- Define and implement standardized project management and business management practices.
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to align on priorities and manage trade-offs.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Set clear performance objectives and hold team members accountable for results and development.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in project management.
- 6+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
- Experience project managing M&A integrations highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.

Pay
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00
Schedule
Remote work is available, with a hybrid schedule for those residing within commuting distance to the company's headquarters in Saint Petersburg, FL.
