Director, HR Partnerships - Corporate Functions

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and succession planning
• Deploy performance management programs and executive onboarding
• Utilize workforce analytics to provide strategic insights
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to address complex business challenges

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in shared services
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, organizational design, and talent management
• Ability to build trust with senior leaders and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR analytics tools like Workday and ServiceNow
• Knowledge of North American HR regulatory issues

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
