Responsibilities
- Oversee performance management cycles and career development strategies
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
- Serve as a primary People Partner to Managers for performance management
- Analyze HR metrics to propose data-driven solutions
- Diagnose NPS and attrition drivers and support Leadership Team in addressing them
- Champion and promote company culture
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of HR experience with 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in both startups and established companies
- Excellent ability to manage strategic and operational HR functions simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Claude Code or similar tools
- Prowess in building and leading high-performing teams
- Belief in employee experience as essential to business performance
