Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance management cycles and career development strategies
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
  • Serve as a primary People Partner to Managers for performance management
  • Analyze HR metrics to propose data-driven solutions
  • Diagnose NPS and attrition drivers and support Leadership Team in addressing them
  • Champion and promote company culture

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of HR experience with 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in both startups and established companies
  • Excellent ability to manage strategic and operational HR functions simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Claude Code or similar tools
  • Prowess in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Belief in employee experience as essential to business performance
