Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders
- Tackle critical organizational and people issues, including leadership talent development
- Ensure optimal organizational design for scalability
- Lead Employee Experience initiatives as the 'Chief People Officer'
- Instill and promote a culture aligned with the company’s core values
- Be an active leader throughout the organization, advocating for necessary changes
- Communicate in business terms over HR lingo
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HR or business partner roles
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven strong leadership and influencing abilities
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Creativity and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
