Director Home Health-Hospice

Job Summary

You will provide strategic leadership and comprehensive operational oversight for all aspects of our home health and hospice programs, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care in the patient's preferred environment.

Responsibilities

• Expertly manage multidisciplinary teams of nurses, therapists, social workers, and aides, collaboratively developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize patient access, clinical efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial performance across both home health and hospice service lines.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, resource allocation, and the cultivation of strong staff engagement and community partnerships, continuously driving innovation and achieving aggressive goals while maintaining the highest standards of personalized, family-centered care.
• Takes a lead role in collaboratively setting and achieving annual quality targets for agency and MBO.
• Manages all financial operations, revenue and expense to ensure the agency meets or exceeds annual budget.
• Engages staff to ensure transparency.
• Buils working relations within community health facilities.
• Atracts and retains high quality staff who will contribute to the sustained success of the agency/MBO.

Job Requirements

• Required Graduate from an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse or degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Three years of leadership experience in a home health or related health care organization.
