Director, HEOR

About the role

This will be a site base role at our global headquarters in Foster City, CA or our facility in Parsippany, NJ. We do offer a hybrid environment with three core collaboration days in the office (Tues-Thurs) and optional work from home days on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of global HEOR strategies and programs for to support key marketed LIVE products and treatment pipeline by being a strategic cross-functional partner.
• Advocate and demonstrate subject matter expertise to support and strengthen commercialization activities including cross-functional alignment and collaboration with clinical development, marketing, medical affairs and market access.
• Partner closely with cross-functional business partners to develop and support product value proposition to optimize access, reimbursement and uptake.
• Identify global HEOR evidence requirements and gaps; design, conduct and deliver studies, models and tools to support value demonstration and product differentiation for assigned indication.
• Contribute to HEOR input into clinical development programs.
• Persist with HEOR COE to support development of PRO strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry regulatory issues and research relationships with HEOR KOLs.
• Disseminate HEOR data and study results.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or managed care, including direct experience in HEOR.
• Understanding of HEOR assessments and technical expertise in design and execution of HEOR studies and models.
• Understanding of US/global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes/decision making.
• Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in viral hepatitis and/or PBC US managed care is a plus.
• Advanced degree in HEOR.

Benefits

• Salary Range For This Position Is Bay Area: $226,185.00 - $292,710.00. Other US Locations: $205,615.00 - $266,090.00.
• The position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
