Director, Healthcare Market (HD) - FL/PR Ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision for healthcare solutions delivery in collaboration with the Executive Director
• Develop and execute customer account planning to maximize opportunities
• Build and motivate a diverse team with specialized expertise in the healthcare ecosystem
• Drive growth with a focus on patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Manage business travel to engage with customers and attend conferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in field management or marketing
• Experience in account or alliance management with a focus on healthcare stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring peers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with expertise in negotiation
