Director, GTM Partnerships

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $238,100 – $401,400 annually.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business growth avenues and partnership strategies
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Build and maintain executive-level consultative relationships with partners
• Negotiate successfully to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Implement strategies that drive competitive advantage and market growth
• Drive consensus for deal structuring with strategic partners and business unit collaborators
• Manage a team of Business Development Managers to focus on key partnerships

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships with a focus on negotiations
• Ability to work independently in identifying new business opportunities and developing partnership strategies
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders
• Experience negotiating complex agreements with large, strategic partners
• Creative problem solver, actively seeking innovative opportunities to impact business outcomes
• Experience working globally with OEMs, Telcos, or Mobile companies
