Director, GTM Engineering

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for GTM intelligence infrastructure, focusing on timely insights for leadership
• Translate data from various sources into actionable insight products for senior GTM leadership
• Lead the deployment of AI agent platforms and manage change across the GTM organization
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders in creating intelligent solutions
• Represent the intelligence function in executive forums and strategic planning sessions
• Build and lead a high-performing team of GTM engineers with standards for analytical rigor
• Foster a culture of AI fluency and data-driven insights within the organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or go-to-market operations with shown ownership of senior leadership insights
• Hands-on implementation experience with AI and Large Language Model tools in a business context
• Track record of creating impactful data products that influence executive decisions, beyond just dashboards
• Strong cross-functional credibility with VP- and C-suite stakeholders via clear communication and strategic thinking
• Experience in building and leading teams of analysts or technical contributors
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments, ready to define new approaches

Pay

$200,000 – $300,000 annually
