We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about KPMG, then "KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Growth Technology Platforms...". The intro could be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. Content: - Intro paragraph about KPMG: "Known for being a great place to work and build a career, KPMG provides audit, tax and advisory services... If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team." This is about the company and role. Could be "About the role" or "About KPMG". The instruction says we can use About the role heading. So we can put that intro in

    under

    About the role

. - Responsibilities: bullet list of responsibilities. We'll put

    Responsibilities

    then
    • each. - Qualifications: bullet list of qualifications. We'll put

      Qualifications

      then
      • each. - Benefits: The posting mentions benefits: "In addition, KPMG is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package... Available benefits are based on eligibility. Our Total Rewards package includes a variety of medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support your mental health. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday." This is substantive benefits info. So we can include a Benefits section with
        • items. - Pay: The posting includes salary range: "California Salary Range: $171000 - $311000". Also mentions "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." Also link to pay transparency. So we have specific salary range for California. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state salary range (California). So we can include Pay section with that info. However note that the salary range is location-specific (California). The posting also says "KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. If required, the ranges displayed below or via the URL below are specifically for those potential hires who will work in the location(s) listed." So we have a specific range for California. We can include Pay section with that range. Also maybe note that salary is based on factors. But we should not invent filler. We'll include the range. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of Personal Time Off, holidays, breaks, but not standard work hours or schedule. Could infer but not explicit. So we should not create Schedule section. - Skills: Not separate; qualifications cover skills. Could we have Skills section? The posting does not have a separate Skills heading. We could combine skills into Qualifications. Better to avoid thin sections. So we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship details? The visa sponsorship statement is substantive: "Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)". That's a requirement about work authorization. Should we include that? It's a qualification/requirement. Could be placed under Qualifications as a list item. It's substantive. We'll include it. Also the statement about Los Angeles County Fair Chance etc. That's legal boilerplate but maybe considered EEO? It's about criminal history. Might be considered legal/EEO boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about Fair Chance Act, which is a legal requirement. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also the line "No phone calls or agencies please." is application instruction, remove. "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis..." is application instruction, remove. "Follow this link to obtain salary ranges by city outside of CA:" is a link, maybe we can keep as part of Pay section? It's a reference. Could be included as a link in Pay section. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive for pay transparency. We could include it as a

with the link. However the instruction says remove application instructions; this is not exactly application instruction but a link for salary ranges. Might be okay to keep. But we already have the California salary range; the link is for other cities. Could include as a note. We also have "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." Already covered. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

          • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior sales and technology leaders to drive a product roadmap
          • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)

          Benefits

          • Comprehensive, competitive benefits package including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support mental health

          • Annual calendar of holidays; eligible employees receive two breaks each year where PTO is not required (year‑end and around July 4th)

          Pay

California salary range: $171,000 – $311,000. For other locations, see the pay transparency link: kpmg.com/us/en/how-we-work/pay-transparency.html/?id=8262_9_26

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship? We kept visa sponsorship as qualification. That's okay. We removed duplicated lines, legal EEO, Fair Chance, application instructions, etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about "KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. If required, the ranges displayed below or via the URL below are specifically for those potential hires who will work in the location(s) listed. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations." This is somewhat boilerplate but also provides context for salary determination. Could be considered part of Pay section. We could incorporate that into Pay section as a

after the range. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could add a sentence about salary determination. It's substantive
