About the role

The Director, Growth Performance & Planning is a pivotal member of the Growth Operations team, responsible for enterprise forecasting accuracy, pipeline governance, and performance visibility across all growth verticals. Drive standardized forecasting processes, enforce pipeline discipline, and deliver actionable performance insights that improve conversion, planning accuracy, and revenue outcomes. Serving as a strategic thought partner and subject matter expert on business performance, the Director collaborates closely with Sales, Market Leaders, Growth Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment, inform decision-making, and enable scalable growth. This leader plays a critical role in translating data into strategy, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide sales forecasting processes, assumptions and definitions across all business units.
  • Own forecast reviews and executive roll-up reporting to drive visibility and alignment across the business.
  • Ensure pipeline data integrity, consistency and adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Support overall planning processes including forecasting, QBRs, and operating cadence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Market Leaders.
  • Own KPI reporting, consolidation, and performance frameworks.
  • Serve as performance SME across verticals, including drivers, risks, and trends.
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting and insights to executive leadership.
  • Oversee sales compensation administration, attainment tracking, and insights.
  • Partner with leadership on plan effectiveness and adjustments.
  • Partner on systems, data quality, and process enhancements for forecasting, performance and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Growth Ops and Market Leaders on pipeline development and quality.
  • Support analytics and automation initiatives to create scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth operations, finance, or analytics.
  • Experience in a healthcare organization (highly preferred).

Skills

  • Strong forecasting, analytics, and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in predictive modeling, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • High proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent), and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or related systems).
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to influence through insights and data storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success leading a team and managing change in complex organizations.
  • Experience with KPI design, sales performance tracking, and operational planning.
  • High attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Schedule

Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. This is a remote position.

Travel

Travel may be required for special department events, trade shows, or conferences.
