About the role
NewForm is a creative intelligence company that helps high-growth businesses like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, and Babbel scale their paid ads through a measurable, repeatable growth system. We manage over $100M in annual media spend and produce thousands of human ads monthly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee annual media budgets of $5M–$50M across channels, primarily Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Lead client relationships and communication, including regular meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Develop cohesive growth strategies with creative at the center of the paid ads program
- Translate creative performance data into actionable strategy for clients, creative teams, and media buyers
- Proactively identify optimizations to improve media efficiency and scalability, including work outside the dashboard such as funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement
- Partner with forward-deployed creatives and media buyers to turn insights into high-performing content and scaled spend
Requirements
- 4–10 years of paid media experience, with agency and/or consumer app experience highly preferred
- Deep expertise in Meta required
- Experience managing accounts with seven-figure annual media budgets
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to craft compelling decks and communicate clearly in client meetings
- Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting performance data to strategic recommendations
- PREFERRED: Deep understanding of mobile advertising, including SKAN, AEM, MMPs, and related measurement systems
