Director, Growth
Responsibilities
- Build the AI-native GTM stack: Design and own the systems architecture connecting our CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, and outbound motion — with AI agents doing the work humans used to do manually
- Automate the funnel, end to end: From lead scoring and routing to personalization at scale, you'll build pipelines that use LLMs and agentic workflows to make every touch smarter than the last
- Instrument everything: Attribution, pipeline velocity, campaign performance — you'll build the dashboards and data models that let leadership make real-time decisions, not monthly ones
- Prototype relentlessly: You'll stand up scrappy internal tools and agents in days, not quarters — proving value fast, then hardening what works
- Partner cross-functionally: You'll work directly with marketing leadership (including our CMO) on campaigns like our co-branded research initiatives with 451 Research/S&P Global, translating category-defining content strategy into scalable, systemized execution
- Build the team: You'll start as a builder and grow into a leader — hiring and mentoring GTM engineers who share your obsession with automation and speed
Requirements
- You're AI-first, not AI-curious: You've built real workflows with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tooling — not just used ChatGPT to write emails.
- You code: Python, SQL, and API-level fluency are table stakes. You're comfortable in a CRM's data model and in a Jupyter notebook in the same afternoon.
- You've lived in the GTM stack: Salesforce or HubSpot, Clay, Outreach/Salesloft, 6sense/ZoomInfo, Segment — you know how these systems actually talk to each other (and where they lie to each other).
- You think like a founder: You default to building over buying, shipping over planning, and you measure your own impact in pipeline and velocity, not activity.
- You've done this before: 5+ years in GTM/RevOps/marketing engineering, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or security company, with real ownership of systems and outcomes.
- You're allergic to bureaucracy: You'd rather build the automation than write the ticket asking someone else to.
Qualifications
Experience: You're AI-first, not AI-curious: You've built real workflows with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tooling — not just used ChatGPT to write emails. You have opinions about prompt architecture, context windows, and where agents fail
