Responsibilities
- Create annual and quarterly training plans aligned with Brand Planning
- Develop strategic training tools and coordinate sessions with multidisciplinary teams
- Lead training for Medical Affairs teams on key data and competitor insights
- Track effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and meet regional training needs
- Innovate training approaches using industry trends and new technologies
- Spend time in the field to identify and develop training opportunities based on real customer needs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP-C, MS) required
- 8+ years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma/biotech, with at least 5 years focused on training
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies and training development essential
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to connect complex components
- Strong leadership presence and capability to influence across the organization
- Experience operating in a global environment and understanding international markets
- Skill in translating complex scientific information into engaging content
Pay
$185,000 – $252,500 annually
