Director, Global HR Operations – Temp

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ • Remote (must work East Coast hours) • 4+ month contract • 40 hours/week • 1st shift • W2 only (US citizens or Green Card holders)

About the Role

Lead global HR projects for a recently divested medical-device organization spanning 30+ countries. Implement functional changes to the HRMS and various HR Operations applications, oversee end-to-end HR operational responsibilities, and provide vendor-management support for current and new vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR projects for a recently divested organization across 30+ countries
• Implement functional changes to the HRMS and various HR Operations applications
• Oversee end-to-end HR operational responsibilities
• Provide overall vendor-management support with current and new vendors
• Support end-to-end global HR Operations budget
• Evolve and manage global HR metrics and develop dashboards
• Manage internal communication and change-management projects
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Ensure data-processing procedures comply globally (e.g., GDPR requirements)

Requirements

• 10–12 years of work experience in Global HR Operations or a similar role
• Experience with Workday, ADP, and BPOs
• Experience designing and evolving an HR operational structure
• Strong knowledge of global HR and labor legislation, employment taxes, and compliance
• Strong change-management and communication skills
• 4-year college degree required (HR, Finance, Business, or related field)
