Overview
The Director, Global Benefits & Wellbeing role at Infoblox is based in Seattle/Tacoma or remotely within the United States. This role reports to the VP, Total Rewards and is responsible for leading and developing a globally distributed benefits team while owning the strategy, design, governance, and continuous evolution of Infoblox's benefits and wellbeing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed benefits team, building capability, clear ownership, and strong bench strength
- Define and lead a global benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with Infoblox’s Total Rewards philosophy and business goals
- Design scalable health, risk, retirement, leave, time off, allowance, and wellbeing programs that balance competitiveness, cost, and equity across countries
- Oversee retirement and pension plan governance, including leading 401(k) plan audits
- Lead annual open enrollment across 40+ countries, coordinating vendors, systems, and communications to deliver an employee-friendly experience
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, privacy, and reporting requirements across all jurisdictions
- Partner with Finance to develop, forecast, and manage the annual global benefits budget, monitoring cost trends and accruals and modeling the financial impact of program, vendor, and funding decisions
- Analyze utilization, claims, absence, engagement, and market data to build leadership-ready dashboards, models, and business cases
- Champion responsible, high-impact AI use cases that reimagine benefits operations and service delivery – from analysis and forecasting to communications and employee support
- Partner with HRIS and IT on benefits technology, integrations, testing, reporting, and Oracle HCM optimization
- Move fluidly between strategy and execution, providing hands-on leadership during peak periods such as annual enrollment, vendor escalations, and complex problem-solving
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits or total rewards, including ownership of global benefits and wellbeing programs across multiple regions
- 4+ years of people-leadership experience, including managing and developing teams in a global technology or high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of U.S. health and welfare, retirement, leave, and compliance requirements, with demonstrated experience navigating benefits design and regulatory requirements across international markets
- Proven success designing and managing global benefits and wellbeing portfolios
- Experience leading globally distributed teams and working effectively across time zones and cultures
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience using data, dashboards, and benchmarks to shape strategy and model scenarios
- Experience with HR systems, benefits administration platforms, and data integrations; Oracle HCM or similar enterprise HRIS preferred
- Experience identifying and applying AI, automation, or analytics to improve functional operations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Strong commitment to employee experience, inclusion, and wellbeing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certification (e.g., CEBS, CBP, GBA) is a plus
